The 90-day transformational journey

During our 12-week journey I share curated, practical information and customized coaching exercises that will guide you and help you to achieve transformational breakthroughs in your body, health and your life.

Each weekly private session lasts one hour and is generally done via Skype or Facetime, or over the telephone.

Discovering specific, measurable outcomes you want to achieve in 90 days and what the motivating factors are driving you to achieve these outcomes.

WEEK 2

Starting to identify the right foods for your body, and empowering you to create the right meal plan for yourself.

WEEK 3

Learning how to listen to your body around eating and hunger.

WEEK 4

Linking pleasure and motivation.

WEEK 5

Understanding and dealing productively with self-sabotage.

WEEK 6

Finding activities and creativities that nourish your mind, body and soul.

WEEK 7

Learning how to relax and de-stress, and why this is so important.

WEEK 8

The wheel of life: identifying areas of your life that need attention.

WEEK 9

Unlocking your personal power and tapping into your intuition.

WEEK 10

Acknowledging your journey.

WEEK 11

Deciding what’s next on your personal journey.

WEEK 12

Recapping empowering lessons and realizations as you look back at your 90 days.

My coaching is designed to deliver an extremely high level of accountability, strong support and the right system, so you make empowered decisions and take bold action towards achieving your health and well-being goals.

When necessary, I recommend third-party practitioners for us to work with, like homeopaths, nutritionists, doctors and mindbody therapists, but am also always happy to work with your existing practitioners if that is preferred.
